What is the refund method?

1. The refund will be sent to your original payment method according to the refund method you selected.

2. If you do not select a refund method, we will process it according to the refund method you previously selected in the refund record.

When can I receive the refund?

You will receive a refund notification email once the refund is processed. The refund time depends on your refund method and bank.

Why is the amount received less than the refund amount?

1. Bank charges a handling fee.

2. The exchange rate has changed compared to when the payment was made.

3. For refund, we will charge the corresponding technical service fee according to the payment method(Note: This is the fee charged by the payment channel)

If the amount you received is less than the original amount, you can contact your bank to check the above situation.

Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
