SHGWEN fully respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and has a strict zero-tolerance policy for any counterfeiting and/or intellectual property infringement.

We regularly review the product listings on our website to avoid any possible intellectual property infringements. If any product listing is found to violate SHGWEN 's policies, we will remove the product listing.

While we strive to avoid selling any infringing products on our website, due to the large number of products, suppliers and sellers, sometimes we are unable to detect or identify intellectual property infringements. This is why we strongly encourage our customers or intellectual property holders to cooperate with us. Therefore, if you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, we urge you to inform us and follow our complaint procedure.

1. Eligible complaints include:

● Trademark infringement: Unauthorized use of the same or similar trademarks on goods that are identical or similar to the trademark-registered goods.

● Patent infringement: Unauthorized use of another person's authorized design patent or utility patent.

● Copyright infringement: Unauthorized use of content or photos created by others or sale of others' copyrighted works, including books, CDs, software, etc.

● Other activities that violate local intellectual property laws.

2. Complaint Procedure:

You can start a complaint by submitting a notice of claimed infringement. The notice can be submitted to us via email: shgwenofficial@shgwen.com . Upon receipt of your notice, we will conduct a quick internal investigation and, if your complaint is accepted, we will take appropriate action against the allegedly infringing listings.

3. Actions we may take against infringing listings:

● Remove allegedly infringing listings from our website.

● Inform the seller of your complaint and provide them with your information so that both parties can clarify the issue.

● When infringement is proven or established by a court ruling, cancel the infringing seller’s selling privileges and withhold their funds, and destroy the infringing inventory we hold.

● Termination of the infringing seller’s user account in the event of three (3) willful infringements.

● In certain extreme cases, immediate termination of the infringing seller’s user account if a lawsuit is filed against SHGWEN due to the seller’s infringement, or if a judicial, law enforcement or administrative authority requests SHGWEN to terminate any account or take any similar action.

Infringement cases will be recorded for one (1) year from the date of the penalty.
