Any violation of this Agreement will result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice.

Except as permitted in the preceding paragraph, you may not copy, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, translate, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or otherwise exploit, create derivative works from, the Site or any portion thereof, except with SHGWEN 's express written permission. SHGWEN reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts and/or cancel orders in its sole discretion, including, without limitation, if SHGWEN believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to SHGWEN 's interests.

You may not upload, distribute or otherwise publish through the Site any content, information or other material that: (a) violates or infringes upon the copyright, patent, trademark, service mark, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any person; (b) is libelous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, or could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under U.S. or international law; or (c) includes any bugs, viruses, worms, trap doors, Trojan horses or other harmful code or properties. SHGWEN may assign you a password and account identification to enable you to access and use certain portions of the Site. Each time you use a password or identification, you are deemed to be authorized to access and use the Site in a manner consistent with this Agreement and SHGWEN 's terms and conditions.

You will be solely responsible for any access to and use of the Site by any person using the password and identification originally assigned to you, whether or not such access and use of the Site is actually authorized by you, including, without limitation, all communications and transmissions and all obligations (including, without limitation, financial obligations) arising through such access or use. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of the password and identification assigned to you. You shall immediately notify SHGWEN of any unauthorized use of your password or identification or any other breach or threatened breach of the security of the Site. Upon registration, you will receive our newsletter containing information about sales, coupons and special promotions.

SHGWEN User Account

You guarantee that your submission, in whole or in part, is clear and free from any intellectual property infringement, dispute or third-party claim. SHGWEN is not responsible for your misuse of copyright or any other rights of third parties. You undertake to defend and indemnify the Organizer for any losses resulting from the use of the entry for any purpose.

Comments and Reviews

You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the reviews, comments, and other content that you post on the Site, and that SHGWEN 's use of your reviews, comments, or other content will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate another person, or otherwise mislead SHGWEN or third parties as to the origin of any Submissions or content.

Order Cancellations

Please note that only orders that are in the paid, processing, or partially shipped status may be modified or canceled.

All other orders cannot be changed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped or packed, please contact our dedicated support center for assistance as soon as possible.

If your order is unfortunately unable to be cancelled, we recommend that you accept the package and refer to our warranty policy for more information.

SHIPMENTS

At SHGWEN , all shipments are dispatched from different warehouses and are delivered duty unpaid. Therefore, once the package reaches the destination country, all customs duties or import taxes will be charged. If any, these charges must be paid by the customer. If the customer refuses the package due to import duties or taxes, they will be responsible for all the costs involved in the entire process. Due to customs regulations, please note that SHGWEN is unable to declare purchases as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual item price.

Customer Code of Conduct Policy

At SHGWEN , customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to resolve all customer issues in a professional and friendly manner. However, we will not tolerate any unacceptable or unreasonable behavior toward members of our customer service team.

Unacceptable behavior directed toward customer service personnel or SHGWEN may include any of the following:

- Offensive, abusive, and threatening behavior. Examples include: any and all direct or implied threats on any communication channel; threatening language; physical and verbal abuse; sexist, racist, homophobic, or derogatory remarks; rudeness; inflammatory remarks; swearing; and unsubstantiated accusations.

- Habitually making demanding or vexatious complaints despite the issue having been adequately resolved; likewise, repeated complaints despite reasonable and fair resolutions being offered in accordance with our policies.

- Requesting, expecting, or requiring an employee to violate established company policy guidelines, such as refund amounts, time frames, special compensation, etc.; likewise, seeking unrealistic outcomes that are outside the scope of our own policies and procedures. By default, refund amounts cannot exceed the original order amount paid to SHGWEN .

- Repeatedly changing the nature (or focus) of the complaint or desired outcome, in part, after a formal response has been provided.

- An excessive number of complaints compared to total purchase value history.

For such conduct, the complainant may be informed and formally notified of the following:

- Their language is considered offensive, abusive, threatening and totally unacceptable.

- They must refrain from using such language, intimidation and threats.

- If they persist in such conduct, no further correspondence will be entered into regarding the matter.

- SHGWEN reserves the right to no longer accept customer orders in the future without further notice.

Termination and Effect of Termination

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site, and SHGWEN shall immediately revoke all passwords and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of the Site in whole or in part, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies. Any termination of this Agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations of the parties accrued prior to the date of termination (including, without limitation, payment obligations).

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Except as otherwise provided in the standard terms of sale governing each product on this website, the website, the products sold on this website and the transactions conducted through this website are provided by SHGWEN on an "as is" basis. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHGWEN 'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES (REGARDLESS OF THE BASIS OF THE ACTION) SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO SHGWEN IN THE MONTH PRIOR TO THE ACTION ALLEGEDLY GIVING UP TO SHGWEN 'S LIABILITY.

SHGWEN and the Seller will act in accordance with the warranty displayed on the Platform if and only if the damage is product related and has a valid and confirmed manufacturing defect. SHGWEN and the Seller are not responsible for any damage caused by improper use by the customer, personal negligence or other reasons that are not product defects.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Please note that we may not be able to accept certain orders and must cancel them. SHGWEN reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at its sole discretion. Some circumstances that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud prevention department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or part of your order is cancelled or if more information is required before we can accept your order.

SHGWEN is not responsible for late deliveries for special occasions such as birthdays or other events. We encourage customers to place their orders well in advance to ensure they receive their merchandise in plenty of time.

We have informed customers of the peak Christmas season in advance via banners and newsletters and have provided advice on final order dates and shipping methods for that period. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible if items are not delivered in time for the Christmas period.

All orders reported as "delivered" by the shipping company are deemed to have been delivered. In this case, SHGWEN is not responsible for non-delivery.

User Accounts

For security purposes, by default each customer can only create one registered account. For customers who attempt to create multiple accounts, SHGWEN reserves the right to suspend the account without prior notice.

Both parties agree that after the order is shipped, the transportation is the sole responsibility of the third-party logistics company. At this stage, the full ownership of the product belongs to the buyer; all related responsibilities and risks during the transportation process are borne by the buyer.

Customers must provide valid and accurate data in accordance with customs regulations. All consignee names, addresses and payee names should be valid. Some countries require the consignee to submit an ID or passport to clear the package or for payment verification. The customer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data he provides to us. We will not be responsible if any information is incorrect and causes any shipment or delivery or customs clearance, and will not provide any compensation in this case.

SHGWEN will always comply with the law, and we would like to remind our users to do the same. As an importer, it is the customer's responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations in their own country. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

Pricing Errors

While SHGWEN strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. SHGWEN cannot confirm the price of an item until you place an order. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, SHGWEN has the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders for that item. If an item is mispriced, SHGWEN may, at its sole discretion, contact you for instructions or cancel your order and provide you with notice of such cancellation.

Pricing in Different Currencies

SHGWEN sells products that can be billed in multiple currencies. Prices displayed in other currencies are converted from U.S. dollars based on the most recent exchange rate. Due to fluctuations in the value of currencies, prices displayed on the Site in non-U.S. currencies, except on individual product pages, may not be current. Areas of the Site where non-U.S. currency denominations may be inaccurate include, but are not limited to, promotional banners, promotional pages, and information on product category pages. The price displayed on an individual product page (regardless of the currency in which it is displayed) is the current price you will pay to SHGWEN , excluding shipping charges.

SHGWEN is not aware of and is not responsible for any additional bank fees or exchange rate charges imposed by the issuing bank or third party payment providers. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by SHGWEN .

Shipping

SHGWEN ships from different warehouses. For orders of multiple items, we may split your order into several packages at our discretion depending on stock levels. For more information, please review our Terms and Conditions. Thank you for your understanding.

SHGWEN strongly recommends all customers to purchase shipping insurance during checkout. This ensures that if there are any problems during delivery, SHGWEN will send you the same product free of charge. If the item is out of stock, we will provide you with other refund options. SHGWEN will not be held responsible if something goes wrong during shipping for orders without shipping insurance.

What the customer ordered is what we shipped. If the customer placed the wrong order, we will not be held responsible for receiving the wrong item.

If delivery fails for any reason and the address sent is the correct address provided by the customer, SHGWEN will not be held responsible if the package is returned to us.

If you have not received your package, please let us know as soon as possible. For standard shipping, after 3 months from the date we shipped your package (for Latin America we extend this to 4 months for mailed packages), we will no longer be able to provide any compensation. All expedited delivery issues must also be reported within 3 months from the date of shipment. Please also note that this does not apply to any packages sent via expedited shipping and shown as delivered on the shipping company's tracking website.

Remedies

You agree that SHGWEN 's legal remedies for any actual or threatened breach of this Agreement would be inadequate and that SHGWEN shall be entitled to specific performance or injunctive relief, or both, in addition to any damages SHGWEN may incur. You are legally entitled to recover as well as reasonable expenses of any form of dispute resolution, including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees.

No right or remedy of SHGWEN shall be exclusive of any other right or remedy, whether at law or in equity, including, but not limited to, damages, injunctive relief, attorneys' fees and expenses.

Any waiver by SHGWEN of its rights or remedies under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute an obligation to grant any similar, future or other waiver.
